So what do you need to teach English in China?
Most Schools and universities in China prefer a Degree or at most over 2 years of college (depending on school/uni) for the most part a degree is required for teaching a higher level of English. You must also be a native speaker of English with a good understanding of reading and grammar.
What TEFL course do i complete to take a gap year in China?
There are many different companies out there offering TEFL courses online but i have found this one is the best, I personally completed the full course with weekend teaching part and found the whole experience second to none. The after care and finding a job was brilliant everything is explained very well and set up for you in the country you desire to teach.

Working as an English teacher in Hong Kong, China is very rewarding in its self but we all need to eat and have a roof over our heads! this is why if you take a placement after you have completed your TEFL course you can expect to receive full accommodation (Paid for) a return air ticket (paid for).
